Commenti

  • Joel fought in such a weird way. It was frustrating to see. Wasn't the same Romero that fought Whittaker.

  • i need a job

  • Winner vs. Costa Loser vs. Romero

  • First time viewer man. Hardcore fan since UFC 1 as a kid. I hope that Stipe gets The Recognition He has Earned ...Really tho , What Does Stipe ? Have to Do ? Give the man his due. 1. He's got the most defense's (that's widely known and over talked about tbh). 2. He's got the most HW championship Fight total Wins(5) 3 defenses - 2 title acquaintance bouts. And only has lost 1 championship Fight lol. 5-6 is better than anyone

  • 10 ads in a 65 minute video? No thanks mate, there goes the unsubscribe button...

  • It's not like there is a big age difference, between Cormier and Stipe.

  • Too many adds

  • Rubber match!

  • Hermansson beat jacare and is nr 4 i think. So if he wins in copenhagen he must be close to a titleshot to?

  • Only fight left for cormier is another against stipe. He can Win that. He will never beat Jon.

  • I had it 3 to 0 dc.

  • nobody cares about stipe

    • Clearly you do since you talking and thinking about him Lmfao and new! Lol

  • What's probably the most impressive thing not being talked about is that this is the 2nd time Stipe won the heavyweight championship from a guy who was being talked about as possibly becoming the GOAT heading into their fight. Remember, people were putting Werdum over big time because of his wins over Fedor, Cain, and Nogueira. Saturday he beat DC (who everybody had as the GOAT if he won).

  • Rumble had DC hurt the most (outside of Stipe and Jon). Forget the Anderson garbage.

  • 47:42 *joey diaz voice* "THAT STIOPIC MOTHERFUCKER, HE'S GOT THAT IMMIGRANT MENTALITY!"

  • Gotta love Luke "where does conor fit Now? - shit, punchin old dudes who gives a fuck?" One of the only media personalities in mma who knows conor is irrelevant.

  • lost respect ever since you started working for that airhead douche bag schaub.

  • No game plan is ever perfect Masvidal smirks

  • I unsubscribed by Brendan & subscribed here. My brain feels alot better now.

  • Why are you always trying to prove what you say is right? You get the results wrong time and time again. I like your views but the ‘ i told you so’ vibe is annoying.

  • "I'll beat the fuck outta MMA media all by myself have u seen these people" lol

  • Also, I like how he doesn't check dude who said, "Jones cleaned up DC easily," to instead double down on his bullshit false narrative of DC looking bad when he literally had a record-setting Holloway-esque performance in a loss. Fucking MMA no-nothing. Jones won the first DC fight 48-47 with DC winning 2 of the 5 rounds and then won in the rematch when DC was up 2-0 on the judges' scorecards. "Cleaned up easily, doe."

  • Did this moron just say DC didn't look spectacular? Must be hitting that Nate Diaz weed. DC was up 3-0 against the GOAT HW and had a historic significant strike count, literally the highest for a loser in UFC history, tying Max Holloway in one of his title defenses. Stick to whining about mental illness in your family history to get gifted jobs by failed fighters turned unfunny comedians.

  • I don't know how you're counting title defenses, but Stipe still has 3. He doesn't get a 4th for winning the title back.

  • lol this fucking donk thinks that Epstien offed himself. xD

  • why nobody talks about knuckle deep eyepokes nobody ariel, luke, brandon nobody when jon jones eyepokes somebody everybody talks about realy everybody but dc is such a nice guy it his knuckle deep eyepokes are not intentional but when jon jones eyepokes somebody he is a cheater,in the first fight he poked him in the eye and 10 seconds after he ko d him

  • Gastleum vs Adesanya = a legit fight at 185 Romero vs Costa = two light heavyweights fighting at middleweight Its like we watched the same fight at different divisions but in the same fucking division lmao.

  • Luke Thomas you're supposed to be one of the top MMA analysts in the sport and you have several shows just talking about MMA obviously but all you guys totally discredit and overlook what Randy Couture did because he still has more UFC heavyweight championship fight wins over anyone else and I think that is the most important thing, sure consecutive title defenses is awesome and Stipe still has that record at 3 but Randy Couture was UFC heavyweight champion on 3 separate occasions which nobody has done yet and Randy still has more championship fight victories over anyone yet not a single so-called expert or analyst or journalist like yourself is even giving Randy Couture any credit at all which is proving that none of you guys have watched the sport even close to as long as I have because I've watched the sport longer than all you guys and I've watched more fights than you guys do because I'm a real fan I don't just try to watch it a little bit because I'm getting paid to cover it and you just get paid to cover the sport because you were fans of it and you figured you'll try to find a way to make a living talking about it but there's a lot of fans that have actually watched the sport a lot longer than you guys have and more than you guys have we just don't get paid but you guys need to stop overlooking Randy Couture and you have to stop overlooking total UFC fight championship wins weather they're defenses or getting the title for the first time or regaining the title I'm talking about total championship fight victories, that should be the number one record that should be the most important yet not a single so-called expert even talks about it because all they want to talk about was that Stipe had the record for consecutive title defenses but as you know the UFC and Dana White only care about whoever's making money for them at the current point in time and they don't give a shit about anyone else especially Randy Couture because he doesn't kiss Dana White's fucking ass because Dana's a fucking overrated no respect compulsibe lying punk promoter but the truth is the truth and you guys need to give credit where it's due and Randy Couture definitely deserves a hell of a lot more credit from all you so-called experts so give him the respect and credit he deserves please and you'll be a better so-called analyst if you do that and Stipe regaining the championship doesn't count as an extra defense dumbass, defenses are after you win the championship and you defend it in your subsequent fights against either the same or different opponents but the record you need to be counting the most and respecting the most is whoever has more championship fight victories whether they're on the same title run or not and whether they're title defenses or not, that should be the number one record that all you ignorant so-called experts should be counting more than anything else yet I haven't heard a single one of you fucking idiots giving a shit about it which shows you guys are really incompetent in your job is because even the so-called best and top MMA analyst out there like yourself or Ariel helwani or whoever don't even mention this what I'm saying so that just proves you guys are rookies compared to the real old-school super fans that actually know what the fuck they're talking about, sorry but I'm just being honest and also comparing two heavyweights now two heavyweights from before you have to remember these guys like Mark Coleman he won two tournaments UFC 10 and UFC 12 tournament or somewhere around there even though he only had to beat 2 guys in that second tournament instead of 3 on 1 night because I believe his opponent in the finals pulled out or something like that he still won two different tournaments in the UFC just like Don Frye did as well winning 2 UFC tournaments which were UFC 8 and the ultimate ultimate # 2 1996 and Royce Gracie won 3 UFC tournaments beating 3 guys in one night in two of those tournaments and beating 4 guys in one night in another tournament but they didn't even give out belts at that time yet Royce won 3 UFC tournaments in the first four events that the UFC ever put on yet I don't hear you so-called experts giving Royce any credit at all because you guys really don't know the sport at all like you actually think you do and real fans like myself actually know a hell of a lot more than you guys and it's obvious every single time I listen to you guys open up your mouths but they don't count those as Heavyweight Championship wins or title defenses compared to the championship fight victories of the modern-day Fighters for whatever bullshit reason even though they should be counted because they deserve to be counted.

    • Just like Dan Severn was the Super fight champion and he won two tournaments also I believe UFC 5 and the ultimate ultimate #1 in 1995 so all you so-called experts that should be a hell of a lot smarter than a dumb fan like myself have to take the tournaments into consideration as well as superfight championships when you're comparing the modern Champions to the old school Champions that's only fair because you can't totally disregard and not even give any consideration or respect to their tournament victories and superfight victories Luke Thomas, you should be a hell of a lot smarter than that man come on, just like Ken Shamrock was the first ever king of pancrase in Japan and he was the first ever UFC superfight champion yet a lot of you so-called current experts that supposedly report on the UFC like yourself or whoever don't even mention Ken Shamrock as a UFC champion because you jackasses really don't know hardly anything about the sport and you started covering it a lot later than what superfans actually followed it and analyzed it even if we didn't get paid we know a lot more than you guys do sorry that's just the truth and it's obvious because you have no clue at all how to count championships and who all the different Champions were in the UFC because you never fucking watched it at all until the last few years and you know that but just please give respect to whoever deserves respect and when any fighter wins a tournament or any Championship it should be counted and not just consecutive title defenses only because you're not getting the whole picture and you're not getting all the truth at all and you're not giving so many fighters that deserve the respect they deserve when you have such a narrow-minded uneducated way of counting who the best heavyweights have been please so do your job and start counting all Championship wins and not just consecutive title defenses even if the bullshit UFC only wants to count the current Champions and consecutive title defenses, they didn't buy the promotion until it was already 8 years old so it already existed for eight years before the Fertittas bought it from 1993 to 2001 so these Fighters back then deserve respect for their accomplishments as well and Randy Couture deserves credit for all his UFC heavyweight championship wins whether they were before the fertitta's bought it or after and if they were on multiple occasions so what, they were still championship fight wins at heavyweight in the UFC so they all need to be counted, they should all be fucking counted so please give them that respect and you'll be a better so-called expert if you do that and you'll be a hell of a lot more accurate and honest as well for sure and I'm just trying to help honestly but sometimes you guys piss me off with your complete ignorance and the truth is Randy Couture has 6 UFC heavyweight championship victories whether they were initial wins for the belt, title defenses or winning the belt back on different occasions and the opponents were Maurice Smith, Kevin Randleman, Pedro Rizzo twice, Tim Sylvia and Gabriel Gonzaga So Randy has the record still as with the most UFC heavyweight championship fight victories not counting super fight victories or tournament Championship victories from the earlier days Luke so if you want to talk about the greatest champions ever and how many championship Fight wins Fighters have you need to be a hell of a lot more accurate to the truth man please especially since you're fucking getting paid for it and the first time Randy Couture was heavyweight champion he didn't defend the belt then later he won it backhe defended it twice then later he won it back again and he defended it once that's the truth so I don't know where you're getting your bullshit information from but I've been watching the sport a hell of a lot longer than you and I obviously know more than you do even though you get fucking paid to cover it so just do your job man please and be accurate for the fucking fans because they deserve it and you deserve it also but either way I respect you for what you're doing even if I think all you guys are only Half smart seriously because you are only about half smart and half fucking stupid seriously and DC honestly can't be considered the greatest heavyweight ever when right now as we speak he's about a month away from being a professional fighter for 10 years only and that's a long time but it's really not that long when you're trying to consider him the goat because Fedor has been fighting about twice as long as he has and has almost twice as many fights and Fedor was literally undefeated for about as long as DC's entire career has lasted so he started fighting way before DC did and he is still fighting to this day even though he's only about three years older and I know Fedor was never in the UFC so when you're comparing the greatest UFC heavyweights only ever he can't be in the discussion but I'm just saying for all MMA you can't really say DC is the heavyweight goat but when you're comparing fighters to each other you have to take their entire careers into account and yes DC is a great fighter and one of the best ever but he only has around 15 fights at heavyweight and yes he only lost once so far but I just don't think his body of work is big enough really to consider him the goat at heavyweight at all but comparing him to other Fighters at heavyweight and light heavyweight both combined that's a lot better for him obviously and he's still one of the greatest ever but I just don't think he has enough fights at heavyweight to be considered the goat at all and Stipe's a great fighter obviously but I still think he needs a couple more UFC heavyweight championship fight victories to Eclipse Randy Couture because I honestly believe the number one record that should be talked about the most is total championship fight victories and not really consecutive title defenses because that's an important record but it's more important the total number of heavyweight championship fight victories whether they're title defenses or regaining title wins or whatever because every single title fight Victory should be counted not just consecutive title defenses but if Stipe can win two more championship fights at heavyweight I will consider him the heavyweight goat of the UFC because then he will Eclipse Randy Couture's record of 6 total UFC heavyweight championship fight victories but just please start counting these championships more accurately and give these old-school guys the respect they deserve because I haven't seen or heard a single so-called MMA analyst out there that's covering any of this accurately which is why I felt the need to say all this because I haven't seen or heard anyone really talk about it because most people that cover and talk about the sport right now they're honestly somewhat rookie fans because all the old school journalists that covered the sport a long time ago pretty much all of them have quit already because they got out but just start covering everything more accurately if you can and give these guys the respect they deserve for what they've done please and your viewers and Watchers deserve to hear the truth as well and you deserve to know the truth so you need to be more honest to the truth Luke please!

  • luke is a goat

  • Yoel should be the champ right now, i didn't think that second fight against Rob was close. Yoel almost finished him the last 3 rounds ,and round 5 was just Rob trying to survive

  • Unsub . U used to be cool

  • Wtf luke ?????? Y so many ads

  • This might the first American that has figured out the correct pronunciation of Glasgow well done Luke 👏👏👏

  • EYE POKED!

  • Luke Thomas is not a great reporter.

  • DC seemed gas from the second round. The reason DC won the first fight was because of an eye poke.

  • Pettis hurt his leg early on a checked kick.

  • I disagree with Luke on DC not being in his prime. Heavyweights expiry dates are different then that of a lighter weight. I mean go look at yoel romero. If anything this was the most experienced and dangerous DC there could have been. You are down playing Stipe’s win in my opinion and honestly i like both guys.

  • Man this guy is low test - i'll stick to theweasle

    • As in testosterone? Ya but he makes up for it with sheer arrogance and teenage girl facial expressions

  • Most validating win of Stipe's career!? Lol ...Now, that's silly.

  • Isn’t it funny that Chael Sonnen the former fighter, hates to talk about x’s and o’s but loves to talk storylines. Yet Luke the journalist, likes to talk x’s and o’s and less storylines.

  • Did y’all start to think that immigrant mentality was bullshit cocksuckas? Stripe wasn’t champion by mistake

  • It’s not a trilogy!!! He didn’t win any of the fights did you not see it? Take a page from the rogan pod cast leave your phone alone while your audience is giving you there time! Jon Jones even being an asshole may be the greatest of all time if he leaves the game on time and doesn’t ruin it at the end of his career like silva

  • I dont know. Pettis has broken a lot of bones in his last few fights. I say he takes the year off to heal up and refresh at 170.

    • And to the Costa thing, they did have two massive breaks in the action for the fouls. Id say he doesnt look as good in the third rd if he fights 10 mins straight, then if you add a 4th and 5th round what happens?

  • It seems so obvious to me that DC got overly attached to the idea of knocking out Stipe, given their first encounter. He was so convinced he would knock him out again that he decided to ignore completely his corner recommendation to wrestle more and, even more importantly, he deluded himself that he could just walk through anything Stipe was throwing at him, without being affected; even though DC was not "feeling" the punches, it was naive of him to believe they would not have a cumulative effect over the course of 5 rounds, and he paid the price with a loss that he could have easily avoided. I thought DC, with all his experience, was smarter than that, but evidently nobody is immune to ego and pride....

  • idiot go watch the fight..again D.C was beating his ass...then stipe stayed in the fight noticed the bodyshots hurt..and finished the job..and cause he didnt knock him out the same way you question his power..you never have had a fight have you?evryfight is different dipshit...D.C was undeafeated at heavyweight

  • 1:00:14 Yesssss!!!!!! haha Truth!!!!!

  • DC though he was a boxer after scoring that last KO. shoulda stuck to a wrestling based game plan for the rematch

  • Draws should be more common, Costa vs Romero did not have a loser.

  • Hey you Stupid media sell out, yes Luke you fuckers most of you, why a lot of fans think Stipe would KO him? you know why?because its so obvious, you turn a blind eye and selling cormiers BS to people without even calling out DC;s blatant eye pokes, he didnt win that HW title, he has ZERO CREDIT for that, 6x eye pokes and at least 3x in the 2nd fight.. how can you call yourself a Journalist you idiots! anyone who believes this kind of mockery from so called media is just fckn retard without testicles.. call a spade a spade, the only guy ive heard was Dan Hardy. this channel is Crap anyone who subscribe are Dumb as fck.. be fckn critical and dont be swayed by these fools, why most of the time i predict better than this so called expert? Stipe by KO Costa by TKO i thought it will be 5 rounder was wrong about Pettis .. it is because these fools are bound by popularity and payrolls. stop subscribing to these imbeciles, create your own judgement they are not better than anyone of us.. fuck this corrupts

  • May be DC needed to weigh close to 250 lbs instead of 236.5 lbs to retain his knockout power? Just a speculation.

  • I don't want to see Costa fighting clean fighters tbh. The only guy he should be fighting is Yoel

  • Luke you need more commercials WTF..if there a revenue stream you should be rich!👎

  • I like Masvidal-Diaz but they do the same things. They're both anti hero's that fees off the " A sides ".. It'll be more cordial than people realise

  • Luke, we getting a Diaz breakdown?

  • Yoel Romero WON the Fight!!! Diaz Brothers = People’s Champs UFC = Robbed Yoel Diaz Army = Strength in Numbers Luke you Smoking if you think Costa won

  • gotta love these. thought mma media had died recently, so well done coming back doing these. and yea, luke would fuck up all of mma media :)

  • That’s the last question I’m worried about 😂😂😂

  • I know what you mean Luke when you say "Who can emulate Costa??" The guy fights long with straight kicks and punches but still hits at 3/4 of the power of close range hooks and other power punches. like an Ice scupltist

  • Jones destroys Reyes.
