  • People read the recipe oven temp is 350 --- time is 25 min.

  • i would never cook a pork tenderloin without cutting off the silver skin first. everybody knows that! if you don't remove is going to be tough and rubbery!

  • A couple of things: you should trim off the silver skin beforehand, and also: did you discard all those juices from the roasting process?!?

  • Took longer than recommended time on recipe. Had to double it for 150 temp. Think it might be because I didn't sear it long enough but dunno.
