  • I plan to be a train engineer :D

  • Could you make a video on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit system? It would be very much appreciated :D

  • nice to see steam locomotives are still being used

  • I have never seen my grandson watch something so intently as the Steam Trains Galore thank you so much it made our drive home that much better

  • My son is mildly autistic and absolutely LOVES your train videos. Lately it’s been one of the only things that keeps him sitting long enough to feed him. He enjoys these so much. I love how you show different variations of trains and from different angles. Thank you and God bless you!

  • So how did the brakes work on these things? Cause obviously they didnt have dynamics lol. And ya probably air. But still.

  • I love train and toy trains

  • The second locomotive in this vid has got to be one of the strangest looking steam locomotives I have ever seen, even more so than the steam turbines.

  • Steam trains are so much exciting to watch than diesels

  • This is my two-year-old's favorite channel.

    • Jason Yergler kids love trains

  • Santa Fe 3415 Sound Like 3751’s Whistle

  • ATSF 3415 NEEDS some 79 mph track to run on!!

  • I've been watching your videos for so long!

  • Cool beans.

  • tweetsie rail road please

  • Beautiful bit of engineering and a top video.

  • Peep Peeeeeep!

  • Hopefully you didn’t see any creatures (snakes and other wild animals) while you were out filming the C&T

  • This is incrible

  • Thanks for that happy music I like it:)🙂

  • Those poor steam locomotives being scrapped in the Turman of the steam locomotive is really good to me I can even make a steam engine sound out of my own voice what’s just let them exist on

  • My childhood was spent travelling in passenger trains hauled by steam locomotives. The specks of coal getting into the eyes when you put the head out of the window. Clothes covered with fine coal dust etc. The smell of the coal. Then the Alco diesels came we were happy that we would have rail travel minus the coal dust , now it's electric locomotives..... The steam locomotives are alive and have character, none of them are same, some temperamental.... like a wild horse, some gentle and are ready to work alongside the locomotive engineer. This is a nostalgic video. Thank You so much for uploading such marvelous videos.

  • it's so beautiful

  • I was trying to figure out why one train looked so familiar, then I read thr side of the train. I was like,"That's why I recognize it, because I rode on it!" It was the Georgetown Loop train. Very fond memories. Highly recommend, it's in Georgetown, Colorado, America.

  • Me : I should watch one of those half-hour long episodes in that one show I've been trying to watch! Also Me : nah Me Again : Proceeds to watch a half-hour long video of trains.

  • Train Attac Protecc And most importantly, They pollute

    • They may pollute a little but it all pales in comparison to what all the cars on the road today put out.

    • this is ignorant of the facts. steam trains actually pollute less than diesel, and 90% of what you see exhausted from the engine is... STEAM. Water vapor. what clouds are made of.

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but I could swear former AT&SF 3415 has the exact same whistle of a GTW U3-b Northern, (a Nathan 4 or is it 6 chime). If so, where did ya'll find that out side of "spiriting" it off of GTW 6323 at the Illinois Railroad Museum OR the 6325 in Sugarcreek, OH at the AoSR? Most, if not all AT&SF Steam loco's had a totally different sounding whistle...but who cares right?, as both GTW steam loco's won't be needing them anytime soon. (UPDATE! after closer observation and at 11:06 in your Video, I was right, but from what engine?). I'd almost consider this to be "sacrolidge" (sp?), but either the '23 or 25's whistle couldn't have been put to better use. God Bless Ya'll! One more question...I try & keep-up with ALL Steam op's in the Country...why then haven't I heard or seen 3415 anywhere? Anybody's thought's would be GREATLY appreciated!

    • REALLY!!!, I don't think so but it's not worth arguing over. I stand corrected on the 6 chime though.

    • The 3415 has a Santa Fe 6 chime, which sounds similar to the GTW 6 chime.

  • Hey

  • What Is The Link To The First Song “I’ve Been Working On The RailRoad”?

  • 25:01 sounds like the polar express, I could listen to that whistle days on end. I edited this for a reason, people that want to know where the polar express whistle comes from is the Sierra Railway no.3.

  • are these still used?

  • I just love the smell of coal

  • These are the old days

  • MILW 261 for 8? Plus, I already knew D&RGW 315 was in here, I saw them move it in the shop with 488.

  • My son is 1 month shy of 2 & we've watched all of the steam train videos nonstop throughout this year. We showed the 1st steam trains video months ago & he's been obsessed with trains ever since. Thank you for adding another video! 👍🏽

  • Gotta love 3415's 6 chime whistle

  • CoasterFan2105; I just stumbled upon your channel and I tell you, this was one fantastic video. I thoroughly enjoyed watching each of these old locomotives pulling time period cars. I can remember seeing and hearing steam trains as a child and, that mournful sound of the trains whistle. I miss this part of my life. I enjoyed this so much that I subbed to your channel. Looking forward to watching more awesome videos. Thanks. Stan

  • I must share... We live in Israel, no steam trains in the last 80 years... And defiantly no breathtaking views as seen on your wonderful videos. My 3.5 year old son loves your videos so much! He even sing (humm...) the instrumental theme you’ve added. To sum it up... we love your videos!!! Thank you so much!!!
