Manchester City v. Tottenham Hotspur | PREMIER LEAGUE HIGHLIGHTS | 8/17/19 | NBC Sports

  • Arlo's commentary is absolutely top class

  • It was not a goal, and I agree with the rule. I can understand if the player had his arms close to his body, but that wasn't the case. Besides, City had 3-4 clear cut chances that they absolutely mucked up.

  • VAR is just ...

  • It's clearly ✋ Ball. I hate car but congratulations ver 👍. And shut up

  • 1:58 To the right of the far post, the chap with his head in a vice grip

  • 1:48

  • Kdb deserved a goal

  • CAn we just agree that Kevin is a beast 1:19

  • this a people kicking a ball. Thats it...

  • That handball rule is so stupid

  • Fucking Sissoko has his hands behind his back now 7:25

  • VAR still useful, but do we need that?

  • I love how Pep doesn't even celebrate the first goal

  • I mean I like the VAR, but was the ref doing the wrong thing not sure if the call was correct

  • futbol is ruined.

  • People complained about how many goals were allowed even though a foul, handball or offside had occured and people WANTED VAR.... now that it is used, they hate it because it affects their team. only when it benefits the team do people appreciate it. what a joke fans are.

  • The handball looked pretty clear live. Slow it down and it looks deliberate. Good call.

  • KDB has unreal vision and control on his passes, it’s incredible how easy the game is for him

  • 🎶It happened agaaaaiiiiiin🎵

  • To all the morons in the comment section stop trying to blame VAR for this. The rule clearly states that if the hand/arm is used during the build up leading to the goal than the goal is not to be allowed, even if the contact is unintentional. That was exactly what happened and the call was 100% correct. You cannot blame VAR for getting the call correct. Now, you can blame the people who made the new rule but it won't change the result of the game.

  • Unpopular opinion here, I’m not a hater and I actually like City. VAR here was necessary and that call was correct. Calls like that are why it is needed. That was a clear handball, and there’s no denying it.

  • VAR 🤮

  • absolute shite. var is trash

  • How on earth is KDB so much better than any other player. He is more consistent and more skilled than any other player in his position.

  • raheem sterling would be much more bearable to watch if he just straightened out his wrists.

  • I'm a Chelsea fan and that was the most disgusting piece of refereeing I've ever seen.

  • 33 Shots on Goal to 2 doesn't equal a ( Win ) , because your team just couldn't get it done . Get it done , Then Complain to the Officials . Whiner Boy didn't get his goal sad. Welcome to The NFL .

  • How the F* is Lucas Moura not a starter? It must have something to do with his lack of Social Media presence / Marketing popularity.

  • Shouldn't they have converted it into a penalty then?

  • VAR giveth and VAR taketh away. You'd be wise to pray to VAR for his mercy.

  • Oh my Lee Dixon already hated VAR before this. Imagine after

  • Oh no - Arlo White scaring all Man city fans

  • I predicted that Jesus would score because remember two years ago on Jesus debut. He scored but it was offside. And it was the exact situation 2-2 . So I thought he was going to get his "revenge" but I thought he would score and it would be an inch inside and they would have a 10 minute review that everyone was going to be angry. Guess I was almost right but you can't right this stuff even if you tried

  • VAR vs. Virgil Van Dijk. Make it happen.

  • Who else came here to see Manchester City fans rage in the comment section. Imma be honest it this was Arsenal I would say get rid of VAR but I'm gonna be reasonable. Get rid of that rule!

  • I honestly see VAR winning the Prem this year maybe champions league too

  • Don’t understand why this was called for a hand but Tottenham’s in the champions league wasn’t?

  • Leaves a salty taste but have to give officials props, they have done a very good job conducting fair games

  • That unintentional handball had no bearing on the play. A player could have both hands behind his back, clasped together, get hit in the side of his arm, and have a goal disallowed. That makes no sense.

  • City are more talented than most of these other teams so quit crying about VAR and just be better.

  • Lucas owns City

  • var is ruining the game. I am not a city fan but that was bs

  • If Lamela can be fit all season, he could be integral to a possible legit title challenge for Spurs

  • Prem is dying t ogive Liverpool a trophy in England. This NBC money talks. wow.

  • 11:12-11:19 no one realized Gabriel Jesus said “this VAR is shii”

  • Middlesbrough 8 city 1 remember city know ur place in the trash

  • It hit him on the arm. So wtf are they bitching about? Intentional or unintentional it is a hand ball. If it's intentional its a yellow, and if it isn't then stop the play. How wack do you have to be, to want to win via hand ball??

  • De Bruyne, just amazing

  • all fair game!!! but sometimes ref just makes a wrong call... VAR is good for the game!!!

  • Man city player’s accuracy is not good, they shot 30 times 10 on target and 2 goals . Likewise spurs shot 3 times 2 on target and 2 goals. Still city fans mad at VAR system I don’t get it 😂😂😂

  • City’s game is such a beauty to watch. This is entertaining football.

  • Don’t blame the referees, they just enforce the laws. Blame whoever decides to adopt new changes to the laws..

  • What’s the point of having a premier league channel and you don’t post highlights 😒🤦🏾‍♂️

  • 5 Takeaways: 1. KDB is back in full force. 2. Sterling is the best winger in the Prem. 3. Edison was terrible this match. 4. VAR will decide the Prem this season (if it hasn’t already). 5. Gabriel Jesus has finally broken through and seems comfortable as the number 9 (despite his on and off inclusion in starting XI)

  • though clash opening first or second game after summer vacation.Difficult E.P.L is and Arsenal has something to prove this year.

  • Fk man city GGMU

  • lamela and De Bruyne are beasts!!

  • Mahrez has to play , why? He is the new master this year...

  • VAR is doing a good job fishing out all the fake goals Man City has been scoring. Thank God for VAR, no more cheating just to win the premier league.

  • KDB easily the best EPL player ffs
