Commenti

  • I scratch my nose a lot. I must be a lying son of a

  • I cannot express how much it annoys me when people say crossing your arms is a "closed off" signal , I've always told them I do it for comfort. So to now hear that it is actually self soothing is extremely validating. This is truly the best body language video I have seen.

  • *_... and that's how an innocent person ends up in prison._*

  • some people just have anxiety, pal. it don’t mean they’re guilty 😂

  • Pretty sure the only thing the FBI can tell me is how to setup conservatives. Worthless, corrupt, branch.

  • Anyone else here to see how many people you can catch lying for laughs? lol

  • I do this stuff all the time but i just cant stand still i aint hiding anything i swear

  • I have dry eyes sometimes they r very pink ,i am not a criminal

  • Anyone realize how once he has explained that when one withdraws their feet and crosses them the may feel threatened by a question but the next frame he is doing it himself

  • Did anybody notice how often the FBI guy blinked?

  • I think everyone would act differently during an interrogation, guilty or not

  • This is too complicated for my small brain, I can't take in too much information

  • FBI Wants to know your location

  • ..wow.. this guy is a genius with the flower holding technique... actually he has no idea what he is talking about with reading body posture.. I'm an LMT, CST and read body posture to help clients...

  • Didn’t really learn much

  • And then Mr FBI man...you run into a counter surveillance tradesman that know what you are looking for and how to counter it ...but hey, it's just a game, nothing personal, unless you make it personal.

  • "non verbals are anything that communicates that is not a word" ohhh like a not verbal. I get it now.

  • Great now do something about all the sociopaths!

  • My autistic son is non verbal, he has taught me to read body language like a agent.

  • Right before @3:51 reminds me of how that German officer or soldier in the movie Inglorious bastards finds out the German officer is a spy by the way he holds the number 3 with his fingers. The scene is were they're in the bar drinking.

  • The speaker has his legs crossed again at the end and withdrawn backwards. Does he feel uncomfortable or threatened by sharing this information with us???

  • Then I'm looking at the butt. If there's any twerking I know somethings up.

  • At the 06:59 mark, he has his feet in a crossed position which tells us that he's choosing his words and explanation wisely as to NOT give away secrets that the FBI/CIA use during interrogation and questioning. In other words, he's trying to manage how we perceive what he is saying. Fact.

  • Go at the video in the min.of 11,26 and after at 11,34 you will thank me later

  • Smart guy, master spycatcher, what happened to pollard and the stolen uranium in the 60s amongst 100s of others by youknowho dickhead?

  • Termination paperwork on its way.

  • I just have a question for the agent. It's seems like he is only talking about his targets, I'm sure his targets are all trained in deception. My question is, Is the average human in day to day life more or less readable with no knowledge of body language themselves?

    • I have the same background as this agent and yes they are. Mannerisms are a dead giveaway of a long list of lifestyle habits and preferences

  • I usually carry flowers up. if it's windy. Or I'm cycling. What ever. I carry em down Not americam tho. Western european

  • This is someone we are supposed to trust and respect....

  • My job was to catch spies, yet FBI spies on people. Do you catch yourself?

  • This is so good! This guy would dominate the game of mafia.

  • Joe Navarro thinks he's so smart, but he forgets to cover up his own lying decently. He uses an excessive amount of hand gestures while talking. People tend to overdo the hand gestures when they are lying. 3:56 See how he's moving his eyes as he's saying ''In my 25 years in the FBI...'' Did he really have to think about that so intensively, was he really with the FBI at all? Maybe Joe just cleaned toilets for the FBI and now he wants to make a little more money selling books after failing to climb up the ladder.

  • Me: spent months watching Lie to me Former FBI agent: I’m about to ruin this mans whole career

  • I'm American and i hold a bouquet upside down. The water drips down the stalk and gets on the petals, which looks nicer.

  • Agents: This person has all the signs of what we want to take down. Let's follow her closely. Me: *anxiety, adhd, aspergers, etc..* Agent: *6 months later* Well this was boring and a waste of time. Me: That's what you get.

  • Him: You don't know ur blink rate, you're not sitting there counting. Me: Great I am now.

  • Him: You never cross your arms, clasp your hands or put them behind you back. You must be guilty.. Me: No, Im fat. Him: True

  • big people cant do too much with their hands but leave them at their side.

  • You can also read a person or get a small snapshot of who they are by there signature.

  • makes me laugh as i dress like a gypsie to make people think i have no money when im loaded lol

  • Cool suit and sophisticated image. Typical FBI?

  • Great, now i know how to cover up me being a spy.

  • I need to learn how to read body languages for my test later. thanks IT-tvs!!! :D

  • You wouldnt be able to read me at all lol. I'm autistic and do a lot of these things very often, and when I'm alone. The other day I had my hands on my hips in the more "aggressive" way, walking through the store. I clasp my fingers together often. I do these things because I do not know what to do with my hands.

  • So what are the foot shakes>

  • I am a deep deep undercover Spy for Chaos & I will defeat Maxwell Smart & Agent 99

  • when there is no evidence, FBI uses whatever they can find to convict.

  • How do we neutralize them? Is that code for killing them?

  • 7:53 "i know that you blink around 8 times a minute.." *blinks 8 times in 10 seconds*

  • He just taught me how to get away with a murder. Thank you sir

  • Funny what he said about blocking arms because I've analyzed my own arm crossings during certain situations and rarely am i trying to block out something. The idea of it being self soothing resonates way more.

  • Hey how are you? - Too complicated to explain RoboT

  • Holding the flowers down is not body language it is a habit. The extractable Information comes in an interaction with another intelligence, or an interrogation. Enough physical pain makes admit everyone everything, so this can't be a reliable method.

  • Somehow I missed the part about what any of this tells the observer... Practical application is missing?

  • *LAMO! They do not carry flowers like that in Eastern Europe! They carry like everyone else in the world for fucks sake LMAO!*

  • Great video!

  • feet dynamics. knowledge baby.

  • We think we can look at people and read their mind... we can’t.... people are complex. We do things for a lot of reasons.

  • FBI und weh da ist ne Maus vorbei gegangen!

  • “You can have a poker face, but you can’t have a poker body.” ohoho you underestimate how confusing my brain decides to be

  • Most people are not telling the truth without even knowing it the reality is just in their perception

  • His right leg is weird

  • > Navarro? > Special Agent? > Lying your way through? > Too much FO 2...

  • The actors are wearing very nice boots. Any specific reason?

  • I WATCHED THIS VIDEO ON MUTE & HIS BODY LANGUAGE TOLD ME HIS EVERY WORD

  • THE COMMENTS ARE KILLING ME HAHAHAHA

  • ALL THIS PLAYERS ARE LIARS AND CHEATERS!!!!

  • In the poker game the woman wore different shirts ... this was 2 takes ...

  • The FBI is run by globalist satanist TRAITORS. It was created by them for them and NO GOOD MAN RISES.

  • Lol, thats how I carry flowers here in little old northern England.

  • This seems like an Incredible job...

  • Ohhhhh I read his book I just remember!!! An its very good!

  • I looooov3 body language !!!! Its so interesting!!!

  • The way he puts his legs = illuminati freemason confirmed.

  • He was trying to lie because his right leg was bent.

  • so if someone dosnt do all those things hes fbi agent?

  • we don't hold flowers like that but go off i guess

  • *AUTISTIC*

  • The police can use this

  • Well, I prefer to carry up side down, simply because it lets gravity pull the bouquet together rather than apart. It aligns gravity with the position I want to keep the flowers in. It's a micro-optimization of physics, and has nothing to do with how other people in my culture carry flowers; I don't know anyone else who does it. So I would've been falsely accused because I think a bit more about how I do things? Also, I never do the stiff finger crossing, or hands on the sides thing when feeling insecure or threatened. It increases your physical reaction time if you'd need to defend yourself or something, it goes exactly against my natural instincts. When I feel insecure or threatened I subconsciously make sure my limbs are NOT entangled or in awkward positions. I'm almost always frowning, as I do it when I'm thinking about something. I'm highly sensitive and strongly introverted, so basically find most interactions at least somewhat taxing and will almost always display stress signals. Though expressing in general is much weaker than with your average person at the same time. I guess I'd be a horrible person to analyze :-D

  • why can't you people find the criminals in your own government? because it's never fascism when you do it.

  • scrolling through the comments wondering why humans continue to copy each others format..😔😔

  • Infps could be working as fb agents 😅😅

  • they say "it's the flowers" but they don't ask "why the flowers?"

  • was the video any good at the end...i just fell asleep, too boring

  • *The Pinocchio Effect:* *When a puppet turns into a real person (aka: The Chucky Effect)*

  • lol all the jokes, i bet the FBI agents looking at this comments are having a fun time.

  • are you sure this "former FBI Agent" is named Joe Navarro?

  • Me: extremely depressed. Reacts to nothing FBI: .....

  • I touch my face and stuff when I'm just pure nervous. Doesn't gotta be lien.

  • This is so fascinating

  • I live in the country now and wear nothing but overalls but that was not always the case. This guy is sharing a lot of valuable information that should be studied and taken seriously. That said...I grew up in NYC and cannot get past the fact that this guy is wearing a well tailored suit...Seems pretty bespoked! It fits nicely...you don't get that at the malls. And those beautiful shoes...DA DAmmm!! Cole Haan shoes was my favorite. When it comes to suits....you get what you paid for.

  • Actually we aren't lousy at detecting deception. We just don't listen to our bodies or our intuition when it happens. Women in particular know immediately when a man is predatory, you feel really uncomfortable around them. Its men who aren't as good at this.

  • There's good reason why a man is not EVER supposed to stick thier hand out to a woman, for a handshake. The Book of Etiquette is right, when it says, NEVER approach a woman to shake her hand. NEVER offer your hand to a female for a handshake. Just shake her hand IF SHE OFFERS IT TO YOU.

  • Gregory Adams

  • I really enjoyed watching this video. He offers a ton of information, and it makes sense. I guess some people are very observant. I have always had my own beliefs (similar to his I learned) and especially about eye movement. I've come to depend on my eye observations as they've been very useful in helping me communicate further with people. Now... Off topic BUT the most irritating habit of Judge Judy's is when she asks a question but demands the person answering, stare strictly forward and into her eyes. This expectation is both absurd and uncomfortable, and in no way determines a liar. If anything, she's not allowing the person to process the question and she's denying them their receptive style (which they probably aren't even aware of). I do understand that fidgeting and darting eyes equal deception but give them a chance to answer in their way, first.

  • lol this is common knowledge to me. and its not definitive. there are to many factors.

  • This can be applied to all the Crisis Acting interviews: SandyH0AX, BostonMarathon, OrlandoPulse, Parkland, just to name a few.

  • By the way he talks i strongly believed it had lots of dam patient interrogating spies 🙉

  • I don't believe anything this guy is saying. He's using reverse psychology to make you less aware of the 'tells' you're giving. Would an FBI man do anything less? ;-)
