  • I wanna try reading. I haven't read much to be honest. I want to read everyday for at least an hour

  • I need to start reading again. I meditate weekly, not daily, but I do self-reflect every single day and I workout 5/7 days. I believe that my fitness and diet are more automatic at this point; even the days I'm too tired or don't even feel like working out, I end up working out anyways, not even having to think about it. I really want to adapt to reading again, but I need to know how to place it in my schedule.

  • I love reading. It’s so much fun. I can read whole books in one sitting if I have time. If I like the book, I will spend every bit of my free time reading it. Unfortunately, that means I have to adjust how much I read. I’ll hide my book somewhere and read it instead of doing my work. It’s not okay. I’m going to try and stop that. I’m gonna stop reading as much as I do. I’m gonna work on being a little more active. And I’m gonna try to be cleaner. My reading addiction is gonna be my first one.

Because of that, i was unmotivated, had social anxiety, and thought of myself as a low quality person overall. I came across your channel and discovered Nofap. You videos instantly captured my attention and motivated me. I then saw this video, and started implementing these habits into my life. After implementing what I've learned from your videos, I can easily say that I'm a different person.   • I started meditating daily using the insight timer app, but I don't really know what I am doing, every day I try and pick up one meditation and I listen to it and I try and do the things they say, but after over 20 days, I feel like it's not getting me anywhere, I'm still doing it cause I want to form the habit and I hope something will click, but apart from a few that felt really beneficial, I don't feel the need to do it every single day. Any thought anyone?
