  • This one was REALLY good!! I didn't feel doing a 37-min workout but with warm up and cool down AND those COOL pants, I couldn't resist :D I loved how Kelly talked to us so kindly at the end. I didn't feel this workout as a 4/5 (and no, I'm not used to those workouts anymore, it's my third in 3 weeks and I hadn't done some for the past 4 years :'( ...). It was just bad at the end of the jumping lunges.

  • Woah, this was so sweaty and burning on my surprisingly still sore legs, like my legs burnt like crazy during that hiit 🔥That sweat especially came through during those strength exercises when I was really focusing on my range on motion and contracting my muscles. Damn, this was way sweatier than I imagined, especially since I didn’t use any weights. Now moving onto some weighted strength exercises. I used to do a short simple arm workout once a week that s it. Will I get through this workout? Which weight would you recommend? I changed my weight 3 years ago to 3 kgs Could I do this workout with 5 kgs? Or would I buy both 4 and 6 kgs?

  • You should put the deadlift fly+ leg lift and jackknife pullover or other weighted abs moves in your next " total body strength" workout. I would benefit from a weighted workout with many squats and some deadlift moves.

  • Which total body training is your favourite and why? Ive been trying a total body strength one with Kelly it-tvs.com/tv/video-Tg1RPoXBCNk.html and the superset one. I like to get more lean muscle mass and i dont like the very long workouts

  • I liked this workout. If you could add an audible sing our beep at the beginning and end of the rest periods it would be very helpful. I found that I had to watch the screen closer than I wanted to be able to catch the transactions.

  • I just did this workout with low weights I felt comfortable with and had to modify some moves to match my fitness levels. I really do feel amazing. Mam, you are encouraging, give clear directions (especially the breathing part which is something I need to work on) and have included a warm up and cool down (used to skimp on this) Will definitely try other workouts in this channel. May God bless you, for sharing your knowledge and expertise with the entire world.

  • I was doing the plank slaps and I swear to you I died and came back. I lost 4 pounds in a day by the way.

  • I started doing this work out 3-4 times a week two months ago. My first attempt was so sloppy, all over the place and I could not properly perform some of these exercises. Today I have so much control, more energy and my muscles feel stronger. I started at 147lbs, I am currently 139.7lbs. My goal is 130lbs.

  • ill do this everyday, will keep ya updated. first day: managed to complete with much struggle every exercise but stopped half video to take a tiny break and drink water. main problem was my legs and feet pain, not really the out-of-breath feeling. second day: stopped again halfway but completed them all. feel super exhausted t.t third day: this day went way better than the first two! actually got tired later than usual and managed to complete them all without really skipping some seconds! also managed to sweat today unlike the first two days!

  • Woah, so sweaty and super sore during the second half due to those pulses. I did the hardest versions of every exercises and focused on proper form and contracting my muscles and I can guarantee you, if you do those things you’ll surely feel the killer burn I’m feeling now and you’ll be swimming in sweat 😅💪 #FBFit2 Day 51 1st workout complete!   • I have been doing HIIT training for 8yrs now and this is still by far the most effective HIIT workout ever. All fitness levels can do this workout. If you are new to training or out of shape, just modify the exercise but keep going. If you survive the session then push a little more the next and the next until you can do all the exercises. Another way to attack this BEAST is to pace yourself during 60, 50, 40, sets, then go all out 30,20,10. This builds confidence that you can finish strong. Although you won't remember it because you will be hallucinating from the lack of oxygen and searing pain. By the way, 20 seconds is not a break. Especially when both lungs are hanging out of your mouth. It makes me wanna gut punch that guy at first sight.

I don't listen to music whenever I do your workouts, I just listen to your voice...To each his own, I want to be reminded of good form and proper technique
