I'm Sam, and this is my IT-tvs channel - welcome to my world of cooking!
If you love food that’s big in taste, small in effort, and served with a healthy dose of irreverence… well, you’ve definitely come to the right place.
Watch my videos for easy to make recipes…kitchen basics…and live Q&A episodes where I answer all of your cooking questions.
My goal is to show you that cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

  • Sam you totally sodomized that chicken trying to get it off the stand 😂🤣

  • So.....one of those Warsteiner mini-kegs for a large turkey then?

  • Started watching your channel back in March when I wanted to cook my own steaks. Your reverse sear method on ribeyes is amazing and perfect for my small apartment kitchen. Been a huge fan ever since! Just about a year ago I was eating bland chicken and broccoli college meal preps that I had to drench in soy sauce in order to eat it. Now I’m cooking at least 5 nights a week with my girlfriend thanks to all the techniques and ideas on your channel! We always look forward to your videos and I have told my friends and coworkers who are just starting to cook to check out your channel and it’s been such a great experience looking forward to cooking and sharing that passion with many others! Your channel has truly changed my life for the better! Also you kickstarted my interest in cocktails thanks to your podcasts and social media posts so I appreciate that too! Thank you for everything Sam I hope to see you someday in beautiful San Diego!

  • Jim's Steaks on South st. for those who haven't been to Philly and American cheese onions and green peppers are standard. Secrets in the bread . Amaroso's bread .Pats and Geno's in my opinion not close to Jim's

  • Love your tee shirt dude 👍

  • Oh. My dad calls it beer butt chicken. .....I can’t believe you just drank coors beer. The engagement is off lol 😂

  • Yes Max, there is beer can up in the ass of a chicken. I feel you and I'm cooking it tomorrow for sure

  • That really works.. randy from Arizona

  • Pull it off at 160 let come up to 165 internal temp.

  • That little piece you took after removing the leg and thigh is called the oyster. It traditionally belongs to the chef.

  • I’m convinced Sam doesn’t own a single fork 😂😂

  • Hey mike can you make a showerma

  • Put your beer in something designed to take heat. NEVER cook a beer can! Toxic paint, polymers, and aluminum go right into your system!

  • Any chance of a Hog Roast video? Also what are your thoughts on BBQ Pit Boys?

  • I just started watching your videos. Dude ur funny and omg you make me hungry. I think I’m in love. ❤️ ...with your food. if you’re not a cult member I’ll be proposing ...to buy cooking equipment. I might even try some of this.

  • those mountains aren't blue at all... must have been an awful sip.

  • Meat is not even cooked ,,good try tho we cant win them all

  • Did the beer actually add any flavor? And why Coors Light?

  • Why does this channel have such a cancerous comment section?

  • I add crushed garlic cloves to the beer! Gives a hint of garlic! Yummo!

  • Love to see ur back in the old set up! But what does the beer actually does tho?

  • I saw a video where somebody said that this was pointless. I say fucc you sir I do what I want with my beer

  • you can never go wrong with salt, pepper, garlic, and butter

  • Someone also decided not to shave a patch under their bottom lip

  • This might be the first STCG video I can catch on both IT-tvs AND Pornhub

  • That would be even better if you brined it for 24 hours first. Looks great! I need a Traeger. lol

  • I can't imagine a vegan watching your channel lmao

  • why does the chicken remind me of Nicki Minaj?

  • Sam, just finish the can and open another.

  • Sam You must try the " fire salad kabab sandwich " , if I met you in Jordan you would be so thankful for try it .

  • Didn’t know chickens were into butt chugging as well!

  • Omg I love how Max edits...the music, the angles, the caption etc he builds the prefect vibe to encourage the ‘I got this, I can make it’...LOVE IT!!

  • I wasn't sure the best way to comment as to why we follow you and what it has done for my family and our cooking. If this is too long, I'm sorry. Several months ago my husband (who was watching IT-tvs cooking videos so that he could see how to start his own BBQ channel) discovered your channel. For days he'd say "have you watched Sam yet?!" You were instantly his BFF you just didn't know it. He even had our 10 y/o daughter & 20 y/o son watching and asking. They would laugh and talk about the dogs in the background and the neighbors making noise and talk about how you make cooking fun and easy. Let me just say, I do like to cook, but honestly, I'm a mom and a grandma, a wife, I work full time, so branching out on the few things that are quick and easy for me to make for dinner wasn't on my agenda. But alas, I caved. And before I knew it we were binge watching every IT-tvs video you have ever posted. The old stuff from the TV show, and whatever else we could find. My daughter and I would just laugh and husband would be looking up your recipes and making whatever dish he could. He & my daughter made the buffalo chicken braid together, we posted it on IG and tagged you in it and she was BESIDE HERSELF that you responded. Now, there isn't a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday that goes by that we don't watch the newest video you've posted together. I tell the hubs what I want him to make and he gladly obliges. And I have cooked a couple of things myself. WHAT?! Yep. And Max, we adore. His editing is hilarious and his little comments in the back ground crack us up. In fact, you two inspired my hubs and son to make it a father/son team for my husband's IT-tvs channel. (One video done and posted. LOL) Man, that is not an easy process. I would absolutely love to win the giveaway trip out there. But really, I've wanted to share this with you for a while now. Thank you for making cooking fun for us. Thank you for making difficult dishes seem easy. Thank you for being real. We feel like you and Max are just part of our family. Make America Cook Again. Sincerely, Tiffany (And Tim, Ryne, and Emma)-Edmond, OK.

  • Your site does not list cream! Cream or no cream?!

  • Sam I would like to see you make springbok. I am from South Africa. Would like see that

  • "Beer can up the ass. So hot right now. "

  • Bro take some good german beer the next time, please.

  • I have a six pack of thats spicy Korean ramen. I ate one package and I’m scared now to finish the rest. It’s seriously spicy. One thing about your spatchcock. I take the prep a bit further. I chop the wingtips off, remove the breast bones, the remaining ribs and small bones. When you serve it’s straight forward cuts at all the joints and no bones in the breast meat.

  • I cant remember the last time I cooked something off of a youtube video but I am definitely trying this hands down! love the video as always Sam!

  • you can drink all the beer and add lemon juice, its so better than beer. I don't like paprika its too dry , and not much flavour Why does Sam not let meat rest , is he on stupid day. he can't do anything well

  • This guy

  • Talk of kid cooking, working on a child eating cookbook for AOC?

  • 211 Steel Reserve Chicken. To the Moon and back 🚀

  • Sam, I think beer can chicken is really over rated. I prefere to put a pan of liquid below the bird. But, you do a nice job!

  • so hot right now hahhahahah

  • I'd love to go. I love food and I love San Diego (!!). But I'm sure as hell not going to be in one of your videos. I'm going to leave that to you guys! 😅

  • Will you make rocky mountain oysters?

  • White man's Carne Ascarde

  • 10:10 Your inner monologue when your d!ck wont get hard....

  • We died laughing at you trying to get the chicken off!! Been doing this method for years, always turns out great.

  • Someone decided to put a beer up a chickens ass...guess what? Chicken butt!!

  • "Beer can up the ass, so hot right now" - Max

  • Best intro out of all the cooking channels 😂😂😂

  • Anyone ever tried using a smoker box for the grill? Thinking about getting one but wanna make sure it works well.

  • I kept waiting for the chicken to start kicking it’s legs and sing 🎤 “ Hello my honey , hello my baby...” beautiful!

  • Love the kid!

  • In 12 states a beer can up the arse is a class 1 felony.

  • Happy thanksgiving eh!

  • looks like hes never cooked a day in his life

  • Double frying is THE DEAL. I do this when I follow Maangchi's tangsuyuk. DOUBLE FRY. ALWAYS. I am done...

  • chook fucker !

  • I thought you said "Beer" can chicken? #cooerslite

  • Most black people wash there chicken. And we also make the best chicken. Just my opinion. But I love Sam and I’m sure his chicken is very good. He should wash it in a strainer though.

  • I often wonder about your infection control technique. You did seperate your raw chicken spice blend portion from the dipping sauce portion BEFORE double- dipping raw chicken hands into it, right?....

    • @K Smith Ok that makes sense. 😎

    • @Tammy // Same thing. You're using one to prevent the other. It includes hand washing, disinfection/ sterilization of implements, temperature monitoring, etc.

    • I think you mean cross-contamination.

  • Did Sam say GLEEKED...Vegan shirt....LOVE IT

  • looks great! didnt even need a brine! this is one of my favourtie ways to drink beer - i mean cook chicken.

  • ALL OF the nocks and ----- cranis BTW idk how to spell the nocks and cranis.

    • @SILFR 💕

    • Tammy thanks 🙏🏼😂

  • Rare ?

  • Always interesting, yummy, funny. Get Lewis on the ballot.

  • Can u do beer can chicken in the oven I live In a condo

  • I made that food last saturnday, but I used juicy from blackcurrant and curry. But next time with red Bell pepper powder without salt. Its nice

  • That succulent chicken just made the Victoria's Secret 2019 Fall Fashion Show in my book ♥️💋💃

  • heat resistant bbq gloves exist

  • Makes me think of comedian Franco Escamilla 😂🙌🏻

  • Hey bro how about doing a turkey that way I've seen it done but I think you could elevate it and use more than just your basic turkey seasonings

  • This was hmm...

  • i picked up a bird the other day, went to pull of it's wing, fuckin' thing wouldn't stop squawking.

  • You know about kurds? Whatever I love your channel man ! Let your son cook once . Let us see his skills he May learned from you behind that camera all the time ! And you should go behind the cam that will be fun

  • Maybe I am a bit paranoid, but I am not sure I am comfortable with heating the paint and sometimes plastic-like finish on beer or soda cans inside my food. I would do this with a Klean Kanteen or similar stainless steel glass instead. Just my 2c..

  • .................& that in METRIC would be?????????????????

  • The way you shoved the beer can up that chicken's ass was just breathtaking

  • Honestly surprised to see you do beer can chicken, science doesn't support the flavoring from the beer and the can actually acts as an insulator and can be dangerous and result in undercooked chicken where it comes in contact with the can. www.huffpost.com/entry/beer-can-chicken_b_1634001

  • Kick it up, use roasted garlic, oregano, parsley and basil. I buy a 3 pound bag of pealed garlic about 3 times a year. I roast 1 pound to make into a paste and mince the rest. That way I always have ready to go

  • Yes finally I get my Sam the cooking guy fix... Was having a fucked up day and now thanks to Sam I'm straight.. Looks freaking amazing

  • I put garlic cloves in the beer can.
