  • What do you eat the sardines with? They are so gross plain. I need the omega 3, but it like eating something repelling.

  • Hi Thomas, what about sugar free chewing gum? Thanks

  • Great content! Is it true that skipping meals/ fasting can trigger ulcer?

  • I just watched the whole ads just to support the IF'rs...

  • Thomas I’ve been doing keto for about 2 months now and it’s going great but I was recently recommended “dht blockers” to help with my hair since I’ve had thinning hair for years now. I was wondering if its safe to take while on keto? Are the ingredients keto friendly? Will it harm my muscles growth? I’ve tried to do research but I keep hitting a dead end. No one saying it’s ok and no one saying it’s harmful.

  • How long will you recommend fasting when suffering with hypothyroid?

  • awesome info, i really needed to know that. I don't know how many times I quit a fast because of massive headaches. I have a teaching job and they're the kind of headache that you describe and it's crippling. Even my eyes start hurting and tearing up.

  • That sleepless thing is real. I usually get sleepless in waves. The last 3 nights i was wide awake at 1 am. Some things that help is eating a bit of carbs before my eating window ends (3pm to 8pm). Also magnesium citrate powder, 1 serving 2 times a day. Hope this helps.

  • This guy is amazing though as intellect as he is he breaks it down into terms we can understand. Brain burnout 😂

  • Grate videos men so helpful. I have a question is okay to do intensive Workout when you doing pro long fasting? Thank you for all you teaching. 🙏🙏

  • I like all the information in the videos but it would be nice to have a bullet point summary of the important points to reference along with the videos.

  • What about digestive issues? Is this uncommon?

  • so we shouldn't be looking at the grams of carbs but at their GI first, then calculate the GL? Let's say we do the math easily like a pro (i would flounder in the maths already), then what does the result actually tell us? and how do we use that on a daily basis pls?

  • Just give me arugula, a little cheese, pecan pieces, allowable keto veggies, oil and vinegar, Cheyenne, dill, turmeric, etc. I feel cleaned out. Use occasional peas for carbs when I feel really worn out.

  • Cant sleep Walrus may get me

  • Still confused about what fiber supplement to take during fast.

  • Thomas, your audio is much quieter than the ads that play. Just fyi.

  • The volume on your videos is half the rest of IT-tvs Thomas. Turn it up FOR PETES SAKE

  • 0:00 you've been encouraging people to do intermittent fasting for like 10 years, and NOW you say we HAVE to know the sides effects if we want to be "successful"....

  • "or... a walrus"

  • Thank you thank you thank you. You just don't know how much your videos help me. I've lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks but see changes weekly to my measurements. Loving my new WOE

  • Can we see abs after 5 mounth fasting?

  • I don't do fasting anymore... Scarry

  • $150 bucks for a week, that’s ⅔ my food budget for 1 month!

  • Fasting is worth it

  • Love this video. I’m considered weird here cause I fast and don’t partake in the junk food but I’m also very lean and muscular! 😉. So I don’t care! Thanks for all your videos they are wonderful!

    • As long as you feel good, thats all that matters.

  • Hahaha orexin 😂

  • Thomas! Love your videos! Although I have one doubt: should we apply the same rules for the beginning and the end of the fast? In the first hours of the fast is it damaging to drink zero calorie drinks with artificial sweeteners or chewing gum? I know that in the end it will break the fast, but is it a problem in the beginning of it? Really hope you answer since I've never seen this issue being talked... Thank you so much!

  • It's true I was excited to learn that cold feeling during fasting is stored fuel being used. I have been experiencing that and was a bit concerned. Much thanks for another great video

  • Would you recommend keto with IF for someone with hypoglycemia? I imagine it would help to stabilize blood sugar levels, but I'm not sure if it would stabilize in a bad way with hypoglycemia 🤔

  • Why not combine them :D ?

  • What about the appropriate refereeing strategies after prolonged fasting?

  • Gobbledeegoop

  • When fasting what can I drink, I used to like a cranberry and raspberry tea. But since found out there's 4 calories to a cup, would this break my fast?

  • What if you are living in tropical environments? If you are in areas where AC is rare, heat around the clock is often, and water is scarce? I realize the Chilling Pad is a sponsor but it isn't an option in some locations. Other possible options? Anything?

  • I ve been intermittent fasting (8-16) for 3 months now, and I ve been able to drop the 5 kilos I wanted to. Yet, I do have troubles sleeping at night and end up feeling tired troughout the day. Any advice on how to fix it?

    • I have some where i touched on it but i will have some more down the line.

    • Thousands of videos on that

  • Good stuff Thomas. Thank you. I have been doing IF for a year, and man! I feel so good now. Love your channel. Cheers

    • Feeling great is an amazing feeling! Thanks for watching.

  • I PRAY SOMEONE RESPONDS TO THIS BY MONDAY LOL..im starting monday I am 43 postmenopausal women..he states to fast 3x4 times a week around 20 hrs which is no big deal for me, but when he stated one day your eating normal calories then the next dratically decreasing them i became totally lost! So my calories are 1546 on fasting days i eat that in 4 hrs?? Then what about on days i dont fast? The more i watch videos the more i am becoming much more confused..please help

  • Why the sudden increase and focus on fasting videos? Is this to keep up with the new "fad"

  • Is a _walrus attack_ a euphemism for the fat people who criticize me for doing keto and IF?

  • I’m on my 3rd day only water fast. Coffee ☕️ in the morning as well...I feel amazing as I’m aiming for 5 days. I also am adding pink Himalayan salt to my water. Oh yes I have been on Keto for a year now as well and have been following you

  • I notice bigger Biceps and neck to shoulder muscles!

  • Aldi Does have grass fed beef😑

  • Take this 28 days Kito Challenge here @t it worked really well for me and it will work for you too.

  • My side effect on OMAD:...my 🍆 is getting bigger, 1 inch more until now and to be onest I don't need more

  • Does Thomas EVER answer anyone's comment questions??? I don't think I've seen one yet! 🤷‍♀️

  • Yep, still the best channel on IT-tvs

  • Nice office! How did you get in? 😋

  • I enjoy your videos but can you please increase the volume of your videos.

  • This would be a complete guide if you talked about how women should fast before, during, and after their menstrual cycles or if they should fast at all during their cycle. Please do a part 2!

  • Looooove this! The collab, the info, the presentation - love it. Thank you both! 🙌

  • I dont get headaches I just often want to punch people to death.

  • kids don't need keto. i'm not too sure adults do tbh.

  • kind of weird, i do at least alternate day fasting or fast for like 2-3 days and then have OMAD keto i have no bloating at all, eat at least 80% fat and also recently much veggies but when i eat every day...i get constipated, and my gut is bloating as hell its weird, thats why i do not even like eating everyday anymore, and it feels way more natural also my body gets HOT, i feel how my body is using food for building tissue and expend most of the energy as heat instead of storing it (wich makes sense from a evolutionary point of view) also foods taste waaaaay better, truly its insane how good food tastes after extended fasts

  • U really dont shop at Aldi do u

  • 3 weeks into Keto, did one 24 hour fast last week, and 2 days 16/8 this week. Down 11 pounds, all stats with working out are improving, and I have not had that afternoon "itis" feeling since I started Keto. Going to get into a few longer fasts, like the once a week 24 and maybe once every 2-3 weeks a 48-72 hour fast. Your channels have taught me so much, and just want to say thank you, as you dont sugar coat anything (good for keto), and you back up your information with actual scientific sources, and dont try to sell anything. That is awesome.

  • Luckily during my last fast I was attacked by a Walrus and was successfully able to utilize my excess adrenaline during the following melee/escape.

  • Stick with it & you can have success. Uplifting inspiring words Thomas. I’ll own it, I’m proud & share it with like minded people. People say I’ve lost weight looking sharp. • Love your vids, but take a drink! Dry mouth is so hard to listen to :/

  • Try this one: Three times a day - bottle of water + 1 Tspn ACV + 1 Tspn Italian Volcano lemon juice + 1 Tspn CoQ10 + 1/4 tspn organic Stevia + 1/4 tspn organic ginger powder + 1/4 tspn organic Ceylon cinnamon + pinch of Himalayan salt. Then, the one time after a workout, add a scoop of Tangy Tangerine.

  • I am looking into intermittent fasting, i came across this documentary: www.dailymotion.com/video/x370lox According to the scientists talking in the documentary the IGF lowers during fasting and that reduces age related diseases. You mentioned that studies shows that the IGF doesn't diminish with calorie restriction. What studies are you referring to?

    • The links to the studies i speak on are in the description.

  • More like Spamas LeLauer these days

  • Sorry, I'm new to this, the video mentions Dehydration at 2:20 - is water not allowed during fasting? I always assumed water was okay.

  • I'm surprised he didn't mention keto breath at all since Keto and IF usually go together.

  • What about breaking fast with bone broth protein powder with collagen peptides?

  • This is one of the best videos !!! thank u Thomas!

  • Is it encouraged to do the 18:6 daily longterm(lifestyle)? Or should I take a break from it every so often? Please comment!

  • Is this normal to have a dry tongue feeling during the fasting 20/4 1week so far still have that dryness

  • What’s the word on L-Glutamine?

  • I love being weird 👌

  • A walrus 😂

  • please keep telling this story, because a lot of people DON'T know and you inspire them to change.

  • What about sore kidneys at 48 hours fasting

  • HiTom ,can you do a video on the information in the Netflix documentary “Game Changers “ regarding meat .and the brains need for carbohydrates Like hear your opinion.

  • Hey! Thank you soo soo much 4 this! You're changing my life for the better! God bless 🙏🏼😋🤸🏻‍♀️

  • BTW... I’m planning to fast for Lent in the Spring! I did a 6 day in September, I’m planning a 5 day in January and then the big one. I’m in the middle of a 48 right now. Fasting has changed my life! I love it!! #keto #IF #IR #fasting

  • thank you so cool this will definitely help me embrace more without the whinning

    • Whining is ok. As long as you still push though. :D

  • Good info. I’ve always had a high metabolism. I got on local fire department 40 years ago. Shortly after getting on the department started doing annual physicals. From the very start about 38 years ago I was told I had high ldl and I needed to start taking statins. I refused! I’m not one to run to pharmaceuticals to correct a problem. More exercise more dieting. The next year my ldl shot up over100 more points. Doctors said I needed statins more than ever. Told me I would die soon if I didn’t get my cholesterol down. I refused. About 18 years ago my department doctors sent me to get a heart scan, said they saw something on heart graph while I was on treadmill. They were going to get me to take statins one way or another. After my heart scan I waited to find results and to get paper work for the department doctors. The doctor came out with the findings. First she asked me why I was there. I told her why and she laughed. She said I had the heart and arteries of a 20 year old. I was in my late 50’s. I thank her and delivered the paper work. To this day I am still being told that I need t be on statins. The doctors just don’t get it! Oh, and I still refuse. This video just says what I’ve known all along.

  • Game changers review please!

  • Is vaniillin and vanilla pods extract keto friendly?

  • Is it different for women over 65?

  • i break my fast with 3 brazil nuts

  • Great info for me...excellent

  • Gotta watch out for them walruses. Walrusi? Walrus's?

  • Thank You for your Honesty, you are right on !!!

  • A Walrus, LOL. How about some information on nausea. Probably the hardest part of fasting, for some people. My wife is having a hard time getting past 16 hours because of nausea, though she did 18 hours yesterday. I'm at the end of 72 hours and I only had a mild headache, cold hands and strange looks from DIL.

  • It really does bother people when you dont eat with them and/or you dont eat what they are eating. It makes me laugh a lot. I dont care what people think. I am in the best shape of my life and if I dont want to eat, I am not going to. 😁

    • Not everyone gets it. But soon enough, they will.

  • 43.5 hours in my fast now and my hands are so cold, at work, I sit on them to heat them lol. This will be my longest fast to date, my first time doing 72 hours fast. No side effect or problem since I'm used to 16 to 24 h fast now.

  • I’ve been following you for some time and I find your videos very educational, they’ve helped a lot. I have a question, though, I can’t find any talking about the anger issue while intermittent fasting. I know other people have this situation too. Could you do a video on it? And thanks for all the good advice.

  • Fortunately, I don't get the headaches. I am, however a popsicle most of the time. When i do more than a 19 hour fast (which is my usual), at about hour 22 I get a huge burst of energy, similar to "nesting" just before child birth, which has its perks. The other night I could not sleep so I reorganized my shoe closet!

  • 👍🏽
